2. Data we collect

2.1 Subscribing to our publications

When you subscribe to our publications, we collect:

  • your email address, needed to send you the content
  • your IP address and the date of subscription, kept as proof of your consent
  • the language and the page you subscribed from, so that we can send you relevant content

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, obtained through an explicit, non pre-ticked checkbox.

2.2 Booking a service

Bookings are handled through Calendly. The data you enter when booking (name, email address, company, availability) is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.

2.3 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never have access to your bank card details, which do not pass through our servers and are not stored by us.

2.4 Browsing

Technical data may be recorded in our hosting provider’s logs for security and service reliability purposes. These logs are kept for a limited period.

3. Purposes

  • Sending you our publications and the dates of our upcoming sessions
  • Managing bookings and delivering the services
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse, in particular automated sign-ups
  • Meeting our legal and accounting obligations

4. Retention periods

5. Recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the providers strictly necessary to operate the service:

  • Infomaniak (Switzerland): website hosting
  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Calendly: booking management

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. In that case, transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
  • Right to object and to withdraw consent at any time
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability

7. Unsubscribing

Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also write to us directly: removal is carried out without delay and without any need to justify your request.

8. Security

The site is protected by a TLS certificate, an application firewall and anti-bot measures. Subscription data is stored in a dedicated database accessible only to authorised persons.

9. Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies or trackers for commercial profiling. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site may be placed, and these do not require your prior consent.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it regularly.
