Last updated: 10 October 2025

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between CyberMasterClass.eu, operated by DEXTA CONSEIL, and any legal entity or individual acting in a professional capacity (hereinafter the Client) purchasing a service offered on www.cybermasterclass.eu.

They apply to all orders placed through the site, by email or by any other means agreed between the parties.

2. Services offered

Through its website CyberMasterClass.eu, DEXTA CONSEIL offers strategic advisory services, cybersecurity training (masterclasses delivered by video conference) and on-site engagements for executive teams. Each service is described on the corresponding product page, with the format, duration and price clearly stated including tax.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. DEXTA CONSEIL reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but services are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering and payment

An order becomes firm once the online booking form is validated, or through any other agreed channel, together with payment in full. Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe platform in a secure environment. An invoice is sent to the Client once the order is confirmed.

5. Cancellation, postponement and withdrawal

5.1 Scope

6. Client obligations

The Client undertakes to provide the information needed for the service to run smoothly, to meet the agreed deadlines and to ensure the availability of participants. For on-site services, the Client guarantees access to the premises and provides the necessary logistical resources.

7. Liability

DEXTA CONSEIL acts in an advisory and training capacity. It cannot be held liable for decisions or actions implemented by the Client following the service, nor for indirect damages such as loss of data, loss of business or reputational harm.

8. Confidentiality

All information exchanged is strictly confidential. DEXTA CONSEIL undertakes not to disclose it without written agreement, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The materials and content provided are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Force majeure

In the event of an unforeseeable and irresistible event preventing performance, such as a strike, a major network failure or illness, the service is postponed without compensation. Neither party may be held liable.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of DEXTA CONSEIL.

12. Acceptance

Validating an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
